Job Description / Desired Qualifications:
The Full Stack Application Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting modern business applications, data-driven solutions, and digital experiences that enable Power Delivery decision-making and operational excellence.
This role combines front-end user experience design, back-end development, data integration, and product delivery.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, product owners, and data engineers to transform business requirements into intuitive, scalable, and production-ready applications.
The ideal candidate has strong UI/UX experience and can independently facilitate discovery sessions, create wireframes, define user journeys, and deliver polished user experiences across web, mobile, and low-code platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
UI/UX and Product Design
Conduct user research, requirements gathering, and stakeholder workshops.
Develop user personas, journey maps, process flows, and interaction models.
Create wireframes, mockups, clickable prototypes, and design concepts.
Define user experience standards and design best practices.
Translate business needs into intuitive user interfaces and workflows.
Collaborate with business partners to improve usability, accessibility, and adoption.
Facilitate design-thinking sessions to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Front-End Development
Design and develop responsive web and mobile applications.
Build modern user interfaces using: React JavaScript / TypeScript HTML5 CSS
Develop reusable UI components and design systems.
Ensure applications meet accessibility, performance, and security standards.
Application Development
Develop enterprise applications utilizing: Microsoft Power Apps Power Automate Power Platform OutSystems
Integrate applications with enterprise systems and APIs.
Support application lifecycle management and platform governance.
Data Integration and Backend Development
Design and develop APIs and services supporting business applications.
Integrate applications with Databricks, enterprise databases, and cloud platforms.
Develop ETL and ELT processes supporting application workflows.
Create data services and reusable integration components.
Work with Data Engineers to consume curated and governed data assets.
Product Delivery
Participate in Agile delivery teams.
Assist with backlog refinement and solution design.
Create technical documentation and user-facing training materials.
Support testing, deployment, and production operations.
Recommend continuous improvements to application architecture and user experience.
Required Qualifications:
Education Bachelor’s degree in: Computer Science Information Systems Software Engineering HumanComputer Interaction Data Analytics Related
technical discipline
Experience 5+ years of experience in application development, software engineering, or digital product development.
Experience delivering customer facing or business-facing web applications.
Experience working directly with business stakeholders from concept through deployment.

Additional information on the hybrid schedule:
The position is listed as hybrid because team members come into the office as needed for meetings with business partners. Currently, we do not have sufficient office space for all workers to be onsite Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
