Job Description:
This role supports the Public Safety Awareness department by scheduling safety presentations for schools and community events, maintaining event logs and program metrics, and recording customer survey results.
Additional responsibilities include preparing and mailing materials and serving as a backup presenter for virtual student presentations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, education, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.
