Job Description:
The Systems Business Analyst is a senior-level professional responsible for leading complex projects that involve the analysis of business processes and the development of technology solutions to meet organizational objectives.
This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders, providing strategic insights, and ensuring that IT systems align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee complex business systems analysis initiatives, ensuring optimal system outcomes.
Collaborate closely with senior management and executive teams to align systems with organizational strategies.
Conduct advanced system analysis, including business process reengineering and data modeling.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior business systems analysts, offering expertise and feedback.
Contribute to the development of advanced business systems analysis methodologies and thought leadership.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or a related leadership role.
Expert knowledge of business process modeling tools, requirements management software, and advanced system analysis techniques.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Proven track record of successful business systems analysis initiatives and high-impact projects.
