Immediate W2 contract position available in Chamblee, GA. Estimated Duration: 1 Year
Job Description / Desired Qualifications:
10 + Years of related experience.
4 year technical degree or equivalent with additional certifications in inspection strategy & methodologies
Must have lineman experience
Candidate will be assisting Drone pilots with looking at power lines to determine if there is damage, what looks wrong, or if there are any issues, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead inspection activities, ensuring the highest standards of compliance and safety across company operations. Oversee and guide inspection teams.
Engage with stakeholders on inspection findings and recommended actions.
Design and implement inspection procedures for enhanced accuracy.
Mentor & lead teams of junior inspectors and ensure they are well-trained.
Drive initiatives to ensure continuous improvement in inspection practices.
SKILL SETS & EXPERTISE:
Extensive inspection experience with leadership roles.
