Job Description:
Responsible for providing the highest customer service for the company regarding customer accounts, collection arrangements, service orders, high bills and outages.
Must have at least 2 years of cash and balancing experience similar to banking or retail as well as computer skills.
Responds to customer inquiries and concerns and recommending them goods and services that would fit their needs.
Supports the marketing campaigns and promotional strategies offered by Company (retail goods and services).
