Immediate W2 contract position available in Birmingham, AL Estimated Duration:3 years
Job Description / Desired Qualifications:
Min. 2 years experience as a Customer Service Rep. in a Call Center.
Proficient in typing and keyboard skills.
Highly skilled in interpersonal verbal communication.
Must be able to work in a remote environment with minimum supervision.
Responsible for providing the highest customer service while supporting multiple business units.
Responds to customer inquiries and concerns.
Supports the marketing campaigns and promotional strategies offered by Company (retail goods and services).
Escalates high-level complaints to management for immediate resolution.
The assignment will require a hybrid schedule Monday – Thursday in office. Friday remote from home. This may be subject to needs of the business.
