PMO Support Analyst 3

Immediate W2 contract position available in Birmingham, AL.

Job Description / Desired Qualifications:

• Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in information systems, project management, or a related field is required.
• Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) may be preferred.
• Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience with Utilities and construction projects.
• Ability to define a list of project deliverables, update project checklists, and review deliverables for accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and project-related documents.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address project issues and challenges.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in project documentation and reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing project needs.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Willingness to adapt to changing project scopes, requirements, and priorities.
• Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality in handling project-related information.

Schedule:

• This position will be 5 days a week in the office.
