Job Description / Desired Qualifications:
This assignment involves sales, there are no incentives, and the worker will essentially be making their own schedule.
In general, it will be 2 days in-person and 3 days remote.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions, team leadership, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
Strong project management skills and experience in project documentation.
A proven track record of successful lighting projects, demonstrating a commitment to quality and innovation.

Oversee and maintain detailed project records, including design plans, specifications, compliance reports, and as-built documentation.
Regulatory Compliance:

Team Leadership:
