Job Description / Desired Qualifications:
A Business Analyst with 10 to 15 years of experience is responsible for idea generation, development and implementation.
They also modify business processes for use in other departments. They achieve this by detailing the concept of the process.
Detailing gives an insight into the effectiveness of the process. If there are unproductive techniques, the analyst can find a workable solution.
Responsibilities:
Identify and communicate with key stakeholders.
Gather, review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools.
Liaise between various business departments and groups.
Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling.
Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations.
Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams.
